Roles and Responsibilities: :Requirement Translator,Backlog Manager,Agile Collaboration Partner,Stakeholder Liaison,Translate high-level Epics from Product Managers into detailed, actionable user stories for Agile teams.,Ensure each user story includes clear acceptance criteria and success measures.,Continuously refine and prioritize the team backlog based on business value and team capacity.,Lead backlog refinement sessions to ensure stories are ready for development, properly sized, and estimated.,Collaborate with Agile teams during sprints to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and adjust priorities.,Participate in iteration planning to confirm team commitments and ensure shared understanding.,Review and validate completed user stories against acceptance criteria and Definition of Done (DoD).,Act as a liaison between Agile teams, Product Managers,



and stakeholders to maintain alignment with product vision and release goals.,Gather feedback through demos and user interactions to refine requirements and adapt to evolving business needs.,Track team velocity and key delivery metrics to support process improvement and productive delivery.
