Project Role Description:
Design, develop, and support ServiceNow solutions across ITOM and AI capabilities. Build scalable applications, automate workflows, and integrate cloud and non-cloud systems using modern ServiceNow technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Work on ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Event Management.
- Design, build, test, and deploy scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop AI-enabled features using Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and AI Search.
- Use App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub for workflow automation.
- Integrate ServiceNow with cloud and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and development teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.




- Gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Follow security, performance, and best practice standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong experience with ServiceNow development.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and REST APIs.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Scoped Applications.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and cloud architecture.
- Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Event Management.
- Knowledge of Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Now Assist.
- Basic understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG concepts.
- Familiarity with integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth, and SAML.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Additional Information:

- Candidates with experience in both ServiceNow ITOM and AI capabilities will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to team discussions.
- Robust collaboration and stakeholder management skills are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
