Post overview- We are seeking 2-3 highly motivated Sales Managers with a strong background in luxury real estate sales. The ideal candidate will have an MBA from a reputed institution, a proven track record in residential real estate sales, and experience working with leading real estate developers

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through channel partners, referrals, digital campaigns, and direct marketing.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable investment and residential solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and terms while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, and finance teams to facilitate smooth closures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Drive sales for our premium villa project in Gollur, Shamshabad.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- MBA (Marketing, Sales, or equivalent)



from a reputed college or university.
- 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Prior experience with reputed real estate companies is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is preferred.
