Administer and support ServiceNow ITAM modules including:

- Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
- Software Asset Management (SAM)
- Asset Lifecycle Management
- Configure and maintain ITAM workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, and notifications.
- Manage asset discovery, inventory reconciliation, normalization, and compliance activities.
- Support software license management, software reclamation, and optimization initiatives.
- Integrate ServiceNow ITAM with Discovery, SCCM, Intune, Flexera, JAMF, or other asset management tools.
- Monitor data quality and maintain CMDB-Asset relationships.
- Perform platform upgrades, patch testing, and release management activities.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics for asset management metrics.
- Collaborate with procurement, IT operations, security, and compliance teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ITAM-related incidents and service requests.
- Support audit activities and ensure software and hardware compliance.

Required Skills





- 4-8 years of overall IT experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITAM administration experience.

Robust knowledge of:

- ServiceNow HAM
- ServiceNow SAM Pro
- CMDB
- Discovery
- Asset Lifecycle Management
- Experience with ServiceNow administration, user management, ACLs, update sets, and platform configuration.
- Understanding of software licensing models and compliance management.
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Asset Management).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HAM.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist SAM.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Experience with cloud asset management (AWS, Azure, GCP)
