Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Implementation Specialist to join our team and drive the successful deployment of 247HRMS for our clients. The role involves end-to-end implementation, client onboarding, training, and ensuring seamless adoption of our HR software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and configure 247HRMS modules accordingly.
Manage end-to-end HRMS implementation, including data migration, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Collaborate with clients to gather business needs, analyze processes, and map them to HRMS functionalities.
Conduct training sessions for client HR teams and end-users.
Provide post-implementation support and resolve client queries in coordination with the support team.
Document implementation processes, project milestones, and client feedback.
Ensure timely project delivery within defined quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR, IT,



Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR software implementation (preferably HRMS/ Payroll/ Attendance/ Leave/ Performance modules).
Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance practices.
Hands-on experience in system configuration and client training.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.

Positive to Have
Experience with 24*7 HRMS or similar HRMS platforms.
Basic SQL or database knowledge for data handling.
Project management exposure.
