We are seeking a Sr Staff Engineer CAD to develop and deploy Frontend and Backend tools and flows for Digital Designs done in the company. This role is part of the global CAD team.

- Own some part of the overall CAD solution and be responsible for WW engagement with customers.
- Good understanding of Digital Implementation Methodologies.
- Hands-on in development & debug of CAD flows and with industry leading EDA tools in Digital Designs
- Proactively engage with customers through regular follow-ups, tool training sessions, and consistent support throughout the entire deployment process.
- Hands-on in mature software development practices, leading programming languages for potential AI/ML development tasks
- Expected to work in a dynamic design environment
- Evaluate EDA tools and flows for improved design efficiency and turnaround time
- Experienced in leading small team. Qualifications

- BTech/MTech in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science with 10+ years of experience in EDA/CAD.




- Proven experience in supporting mature-node technologies (e. g. , 22nm, 12nm).
- Expertise in Synopsys/Cadence RTL to GDS digital design flow.
(e. g. , synthesis tools, implementation tools and STA tools)
- Strong scripting skills (Tcl, Perl, Python) for automation of RTL to GDS digital design flow (e. g. , synthesis, implementation tools and STA flows)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving, teamwork, attention to detail, commitment to task, and quality focus
- Can do attitude, openness to current environment, people and culture
- Ability to propose innovative and leading-edge solutions
- Strong drive & ability to coordinate work across highly experienced global teams
