Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and other optical products based on their needs and preferences.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point-of-sale using a computerized system.
- Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and organizing displays.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to questions about products and services.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in counter sales or related field (optical sales).
- Solid communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of dispensing procedures for eyeglasses and contact lenses.
