Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage commissioning activities for MEP systems, including HVAC, DG sets, lifts, plumbing, and firefighting.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards during installation and testing phases.
- Coordinate with contractors to resolve issues related to MEP coordination and troubleshoot any problems that arise during commissioning.
- Conduct thorough testing of all MEP systems before handover to clients.
- Prepare reports on commissioning status updates and submit them to stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in MEP Commissioning or similar role in Commercial / Data Center / High Rise / Industrial Building Project.
- Diploma/B. Tech / B.E. degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferably).
- Solid knowledge of HVAC, DG sets, lifts, plumbing, and firefighting systems; ability to work independently on these systems.
