Role Overview:

Dream Modular is looking for a creative and results-driven Lead Designer who can seamlessly blend design expertise with client engagement and business development. The role demands a professional who can lead client interactions, drive sales conversions, and deliver high-quality design solutions aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed design discussions with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and functional needs.
- Develop compelling mood boards and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
- Accurately read and interpret layouts, ensuring designs align with technical and spatial requirements.
- Work closely on client specifications and requirements, translating them into practical and aesthetic design solutions.
- Prepare precise and competitive quotes based on project scope and client needs.
- Drive sales conversions through robust design proposals and client relationship management.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups with clients for approvals, feedback, and project progress.




- Take ownership of achieving targets by balancing creative excellence with business goals.
- Maintain high standards of communication, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and client satisfaction at all stages.

Eligibility Criteria:

- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in design (preferably interiors/modular solutions)
- Strong understanding of layouts, materials, and client-centric design execution
- Bachelors degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)
