Job Description:

We are hiring experienced and certified HCC Coders for US Healthcare Medical Coding process. Candidates should have strong knowledge in Risk Adjustment Coding, ICD-10-CM guidelines, and medical record review.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Review and analyze patient medical records for accurate HCC coding.

Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM and HCC codes based on documentation.

Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with CMS guidelines.

Identify chronic conditions and capture RAF scores accurately.

Perform chart abstraction and medical record auditing.

Maintain coding quality and productivity targets.

Work on provider education and documentation improvement.





Follow HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality standards.

Coordinate with QA and Operations teams for coding clarifications.

Eligibility:

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in HCC Coding.

Certification mandatory: CPC / CRC / CCS / AHIMA / AAPC Certified.

Good knowledge of ICD-10-CM, Risk Adjustment, and CMS-HCC models.

Experience in medical record review and abstraction.

Positive communication and analytical skills.
