The individual should have:-

- Valuable academic track record. MBA (Full-time) is not a must-have, but is an added advantage
- 8 15 years of experience in the IT services/ Big-4/ GCC or related industry, with strong exposure to people management/ leadership roles.
- The individual should possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the ability to drive growth, build client relationships, and deliver operational excellence.
- Mandatory experience/temperament for Sales or Account Management or any customer-facing role.
