Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of accountants to deliver high-quality statutory audit services to clients across various industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying current business opportunities and expanding the firm's presence in the market.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other reports for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
Job Requirements :
- 7-13 years of experience in public accounting or private sector as an ACCA/CA qualified accountant.
- Strong knowledge of asset management, hedge funds, private equity, wealth management, and US GAAP/IFRS.
- Proven track record in managing teams and developing successful client relationships.
