Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to manage end-to-end employee leave administration, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, statutory requirements, and seamless employee experience. The incumbent will work closely with HR, Payroll, Managers, and employees to ensure accurate leave tracking, reporting, and resolution of leave-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end employee leave lifecycle including leave application, approvals, tracking, and closure
- Administer global Leave Management System (LMS) and ensure accurate leave records maintenance
- Validate leave balances, accruals, carry forwards, encashments, and policy adherence
- Coordinate with Payroll team to ensure accurate payroll inputs related to leaves and attendance
- Resolve employee queries related to leave policies, balances, and system issues within defined SLA timelines.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure leave data accuracy and compliance.
- Generate leave utilization reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR leadership




- Support policy implementation and communication regarding leave benefits and organizational guidelines
- Collaborate with HRIS/IT teams for leave system enhancements and issue resolutions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to leave administration
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 2 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations, Leave Management, Attendance Management, or HR Shared Services
- Strong understanding of leave policies, payroll coordination, and HR processes
- Positive analytical and reporting skills (Excel, dashboards, MIS reporting)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage confidential employee information
