Job Description

- We are looking for a Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience to support Cyber product initiatives. The role includes gathering business requirements, interacting with stakeholders, translating requirements into functional/technical specifications, creating user stories, managing Agile (Scrum) activities, and preparing requirement documentation.
- Responsibilities:




- Work on Agile (Scrum) projects, including Sprint Planning, User Stories, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospectives.
- Gather and document business requirements, data mapping, and process flows.
- Collaborate with development and testing teams.
- Work with SQL Server, .NET, ServiceNow, and Quality Center.
- Track project status and provide regular reports.
- Requirements:
- 4+ years of Business Analyst experience with data analysis.
- Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience.
- Solid stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills.
- Experience in UK Insurance or US Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance is mandatory.
- Customer Information Management experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
