Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and support SAP CRM technical solutions.

• Develop and enhance SAP CRM Web UI components using BOL and GenIL.

• Customize CRM business transactions, One Order Framework, and

Middleware processes.

• Develop ABAP objects including Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, BAdIs,

User Exits, Smart Forms, and Function Modules.

• Work on CRM Web UI enhancements, component workbench, views, and

controllers.

• Develop integrations between SAP CRM and ECC/S4HANA systems.

• Analyze and resolve production issues related to CRM technical components.

• Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, testing, and

deployment activities.

• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
