Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience administering IBM i (iSeries/AS400) security.
- Knowledge of IBM i user profile administration, group profiles, authorization lists, and special authorities.
- Understanding of IBM i object-level security and library security concepts.
- Experience with Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) access processes.
- Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Least Privilege, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Experience using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms such as SailPoint are desirable.
- Ability to interpret and apply security policies and standards.

Qualifications

- 35 years of experience in IBM i (iSeries/AS400) security administration, IAM, or access provisioning.
- ITIL Foundation certification is desirable.
- IBM i security training or certifications will be an added advantage.
