Role & responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end configuration of SAP PS module
- Define and manage:
- Project structures(WBS, Network activities)
- Milestones and scheduling

- Handle multiple planning aspects:

- Cost Planning
- Budget Planning
- Revenue Planning
- Scheduling (Dates)

Execution & Control

- Manage resource planning and allocation
- Work on CATS (Cross Application Time Sheet) and MRS (Multi Resource Scheduling)
- Perform settlement processes and Result Analysis (RA)
- Ensure project tracking, monitoring, and compliance with business requirements

WRICEF & Customization

- Hands-on experience in WRICEF development lifecycle:
- Functional specifications preparation
- Enhancements and custom developments

- Support customization of PS-related objects
- Collaborate with ABAP team to ensure quality delivery and compliance

Project Delivery

- Participate in 12 S/4HANA implementation projects and multiple support engagements
- Deliver CRs, enhancements, and bug fixes within SLA




- Perform RCA and ensure permanent resolution of recurring issues

Integration

- Strong cross-module integration experience:
- SD (Sales & Billing integration)
- MM (Procurement & Inventory)
- FI/CO (Costing,Settlement, RA)

- Ensure seamless data flow and process alignment across modules

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain documentation:FS, test scripts, configuration docs
- Ensure adherence to LTTS quality standards, audit requirements, and SAP best practices

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in SAP PS configuration and project lifecycle
- Experience in WBS, Network, Planning, Settlement, and RA
- Hands-on WRICEF exposure
- Solid understanding of CATS & MRS
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination

Preferred Skills

- S/4HANA project experience (mandatory exposure)
- Exposure to Fiori apps
- Experience in large-scale rollout programs
