Role & responsibilities

- Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.), social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video screening rounds
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Post and manage job/internship listings on job portals and college placement cells
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of intern candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Maintain candidate database and trackers (Excel/ATS)
