Responsibilities:

Lead generation and cold outreach to C-Level people

Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for Apprenticeship Business

Develop and execute effective sales strategies for both direct and corporate clients.

Build strong, long-term relationships with CHRO, and Top HR Leaders

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a healthy business pipeline.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.

Prepare and deliver tailored business proposals and presentations to potential clients.





Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of engagement with clients.

Maintain accurate records of sales activity in the CRM system and provide regular performance reports.

Requirements

Key Requirements

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
