About the Role

We are looking for a female candidate, confident, empathetic, and goal-oriented Tele Caller to connect with prospective patients, explain our healthcare programs, schedule consultations, and ensure excellent patient follow-up. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Contact new leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Explain clinic services and treatment programs clearly.
- Schedule and confirm doctor or dietitian appointments.
- Follow up with prospective patients until they make a decision.
- Maintain accurate patient records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with doctors, dietitians, and the reception team.
- Respond to WhatsApp and email inquiries promptly.
- Follow up with existing patients for reviews and appointments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.




- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (Mandate).
- Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with patients.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Positive organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 13 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, healthcare, or sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Preferred Industry Experience

Healthcare, Hospitals, Clinics, Wellness Centers, Diagnostics, Insurance, or Customer Service.
