Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant with 814 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in D365 Finance modules, finance process consulting, solution design, and ERP implementation. The role requires close collaboration with finance stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live support.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Design and configure D365 Finance modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets
- Budgeting
- Financial Reporting
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into D365 Finance solutions.
- Support system integrations, data migration, testing, and solution validation.
- Work closely with technical teams during customizations and implementations.
- Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
- Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional project teams.
- Ensure solutions align with accounting standards and business requirements.
Mandatory Skills
- 8–14 years of overall experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.
- Strong functional expertise in D365 Finance modules:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Fixed Assets
- Budgeting
- Financial Reporting
- Experience in finance process consulting and ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and user training.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification.
- Experience supporting data migration and system integrations.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with client interactions.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
