Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Civil 3D Modeller with strong expertise in Dry and Wet
Utilities modeling. The candidate should have hands-on experience in UAE standards, along
with skills in surface and corridor creation, topography, grading, and utility network design. The
role involves developing accurate 3D models and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to
deliver high-quality infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Wet Utilities Modeling:
• Develop and model wet utility networks such as:
• Combined Utility Layouts
• Irrigation Network
• Potable Water & Fire Fighting System
• Sewage Network
• Storm Drainage Network

Dry Utilities Modeling:
• Design and model dry utility systems including:
• GSM & ICT Networks




• Lighting Control & Lighting Networks
• Low Voltage & Medium Voltage Networks
• Pump Room Electrical & Low Current Systems
• Potable Water Pump Station Electrical
• Security & Telecom Systems
• Traffic Signals

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Solid working knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D
• Familiarity with UAE authority standards
• Civil 3D Data Shortcuts Creation and Management
• Project coordination using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 platforms
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to deliver quality work within project timeline.
