Role & responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and smooth functioning of campus facilities.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and utility systems.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, landscaping, and other facility support services.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and statutory regulations.
- Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-effective maintenance practices.
- Coordinate infrastructure repairs, renovations, and improvement projects.
- Maintain facility assets, maintenance records, and related documentation.
- Prepare maintenance budgets and control operational expenses.
- Address maintenance requests promptly and ensure timely resolution.




- Supervise facility staff and ensure productive service delivery.
- Submit periodic reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and compliance.
