We are looking for a compassionate and skilled ICU Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced critical care environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
- Continuously monitor and assess patients' vital signs, medical conditions, and response to treatment.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist doctors during emergency procedures and provide critical care support when required.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.




- Operate and monitor ICU equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and other life-support devices.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
- Educate and provide emotional support to patients' families regarding patient care and treatment plans.
- Follow infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and hospital policies.
- Ensure all ICU equipment is functioning properly and report any issues immediately.
- Participate in continuous learning and training programs to stay updated with the latest critical care nursing practices.
