Technical Delivery Manager
Experience: 15 years to 18 years

About the Role
This is a leadership role where you will drive end-to-end delivery, lead Agile teams, and ensure seamless execution of brownfield modernization initiatives in the Insurance/Reinsurance domain.

Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery of complex business applications with quality and timeliness
Manage modernization/transformation in brownfield environments
Drive Agile practices (Scrum, sprint planning, releases)
Manage distributed teams across engineering, QA, DevOps, and architecture
Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance (regulated setting)
Act as a key interface between business, technology, and leadership teams

Required Skills




Strong experience in Java/ Dot Net, Angular, Azure, MS SQL Server/PostgreSQL
Hands-on experience in Agile delivery and program management
Domain expertise in Insurance/Reinsurance
Experience managing global teams (onsite-offshore model)
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks
