Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle RMCS (Revenue Management Cloud Service) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (RMCS). The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in configuring Oracle RMCS, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting integrations with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

The role requires a professional who can independently analyze, diagnose, configure, and resolve RMCS issues while understanding the relationship between Oracle EBS and RMCS across various revenue recognition scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle RMCS Configuration

- Configure and maintain Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS).
- Implement revenue recognition rules, accounting treatments, and revenue contracts.
- Configure customer contracts, performance obligations, and revenue schedules.
- Support RMCS setup based on business requirements.

Techno-Functional Support

- Analyze functional and technical issues within Oracle RMCS.
- Diagnose production issues and implement permanent solutions.
- Perform configuration changes and technical fixes independently.
- Coordinate with business users to understand functional requirements.

Oracle EBS Integration

- Support integration between Oracle EBS and Oracle RMCS.
- Understand end-to-end data flow between EBS and RMCS.
- Troubleshoot interface failures and data synchronization issues.
- Validate revenue data transfer and reconciliation.

Revenue Management

- Support revenue recognition processes in compliance with accounting standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15).
- Analyze revenue contracts and performance obligations.
- Ensure accurate revenue allocation and recognition.




- Support month-end and period-end revenue processes.

Issue Resolution & Production Support

- Investigate and resolve production incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Fix defects through configuration or technical development.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents within SLA.

Testing & Deployment

- Perform:
- Unit Testing
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Regression Testing

- Support deployments and production releases.
- Validate fixes after implementation.
