Key Responsibilities

Accounting and Financial Management

- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries in Tally.
- Handle daily accounting activities such as journal entries, ledger management, and account reconciliation.
- Monitor company expenses and ensure proper recording of financial transactions.

Tally Data Management

- Manage all accounting entries and financial records using Tally software.
- Ensure proper documentation and organization of financial data.
- Verify and maintain accuracy of all accounting records.

Taxation and Compliance

- Handle GST filings, tax returns, and other statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and government tax requirements.
- Maintain records related to taxation and financial audits.

Financial Reporting

- Prepare financial reports, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
- Provide financial data and reports to management when required.
- Assist in financial planning and budgeting.

Audit and Documentation





- Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal or external audits.
- Ensure all financial records are properly maintained and updated.

Coordination with Internal Teams

- Work closely with management and other departments for financial matters.
- Support the finance team in maintaining proper accounting practices.

Candidate Profile

Education

- M.Com (Master of Commerce) is required.

Experience

- 510 years of experience in accounting and financial management.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Tally accounting software.
- Good understanding of taxation, GST filings, and financial compliance.
- Experience in maintaining financial records and reports.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Ability to manage accounting activities independently.
