Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager or Project Manager in embedded systems development, with a focus on consumer electronics products.
- Strong familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, Jira, Git, and XL for project management, version control, and issue tracking.
- Technical expertise in C programming, Linux device driver development, firmware development, board bring-up, BSP, and debugging skills.
- Solid understanding of embedded systems architecture, hardware-software integration, and real-time operating systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and quality.
