ServiceNow JD

- Experience as a Mid to Senior ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping SME
- Handson Experience in End-to-End CMDB data modelling across multiple organizations
- Experience in ingesting CMDB data from various sources such as ServiceNow discovery, Service Graph connectors and Integrations
- Solid knowledge of CSDM framework with practical experience in data modelling of CMDB aligned to CSDM approach
- Experience with conducting CMDB assessment, management policies and propose recommendations and remediation plan to mature CMDB
- Proven ability to collaborate with service managers, service owners and various stakeholders to gather non-discoverable information of CMDB and relationships
- In-depth knowledge of Service Mapping concepts and methodologies
- Experience with mapping CIs with Services using ServiceNow Service Mapping methods such as Pattern based,



Tag based and ML based approach for different types of applications
- Knowledge of configuring CMDB workspace, health dashboards, Data management features in CMDB
- Experience with CI Class Manager, CMDB Query builder, Dynamic CI groups and reporting etc.
- Exposure on utilizing CMDB data across ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps processes
- Experience with improving CMDB health completeness, correctness and compliance
- Have deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and administration

Certifications: (Preferred)

Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Certified Implementation Specialist – Data foundations (CMDB and CSDM) – CIS DF

Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery, Service Mapping
