Position : Store Officer/Inventory Officer

Location: Regional Office, Bangalore

Experience: 7- 12 years

Role & responsibilities

1. Inventory Management- typically involves managing a company's assets, store inventory ensuring accurate recording & tracking.

2. Maintaining accurate records of fixed assets, including acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and daily in and out.

3. Ensuring proper tagging and labelling of asset.

4. Conducting periodic physical asset verifications including classification of good, repairable and scrap of assets..

5. Maintaining a fixed asset register on system.

6. Monitoring asset performance and condition.

7. Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement, accounting, and operations, to ensure proper asset management practices.

8. Working with auditors to facilitate audits of fixed assets.

9.



Very positive working knowledge on any standard ERPs like SAP, Business Central 365 and Oracle etc.

10. Very good knowledge of MS office, especially on Microsoft Excel, encompassing both basic and advanced functionalities, including formulas, functions, data analysis techniques, and visualization tools etc.

11. Preparation of MIS related works with proper photograph, videos and charts etc.

12. Identify inventory inaccuracy causes and resolve/reconcile.

13.Good knowledge of all aspect of construction store/warehouse management system.

14. Continue review and improve inventory management processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification- Graduate and material management diploma etc.
