Job Summary:

Experienced Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Engineer with over 10 years of expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM), Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM), Identity Access Management (IAM), Windows Administration, and Enterprise Security Solutions. Strong hands-on experience in implementing, administering, and supporting BeyondTrust Password Safe, Privileged Remote Access (PRA), Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM), Delinea Secret Server, and CyberArk EPM across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implemented and administered BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access (PRA)



by onboarding Windows and Linux servers, configuring Jump Servers, Jump Groups, Group Policies, and managing secure remote access.
- Designed, implemented, and supported BeyondTrust Password Safe (PBPS) for managing over 5,000 privileged accounts, including password vaulting, credential rotation, Smart Rules, Directory Queries, Access Policies, and High Availability (HA) configurations.
- Configured and managed BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) for more than 10,000 enterprise endpoints by creating Workstyles, application control policies, privilege elevation rules, and application whitelisting/blacklisting.
- Installed, configured, and administered BeyondInsight, including server setup, licensing, asset discovery, onboarding of privileged accounts, and system upgrades.
- Managed privileged accounts across Windows, Linux, Databases, Service Accounts, DevOps platforms, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, and Load Balancers.
- Installed, configured, and administered Delinea Secret Server, including Secret Sets, Application Groups, local administrator privilege management, endpoint policies, agent deployment, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Worked on CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM) implementation, policy configuration, endpoint privilege controls, and application management.
- Collaborated with infrastructure, AWS, SCCM,



and security teams to implement enterprise-wide privileged access management and endpoint security solutions.
- Administered Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server 2013/2016, PowerShell scripting, Quest AD synchronization, and enterprise user management.
- Managed MBAM BitLocker encryption, Parablu endpoint backup solutions, compliance reporting, and endpoint security operations.
- Provided L2/L3 technical support, incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge transfer while creating SOPs and security best practices.
- Performed platform health checks, version upgrades, policy reviews, security compliance reporting, and continuous improvements to enterprise cybersecurity infrastructure.
