Your responsibilities

- Lead assembly and paint shop manufacturing activities.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Investigate and resolve production and quality issues.
- Implement continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and supply teams.
- Monitor process performance and achieve production targets.
- Support current product launches and process validation activities.

What you bring

- B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Automobile, or related Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering within Assembly and/or Paint Shop.
- Strong knowledge of assembly processes, paint systems, and manufacturing standards.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement tools.
