Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the company's working capital, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and minimizing costs.
- Analyze cash flow patterns to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize treasury operations, including investment of excess funds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on financial matters.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in corporate finance or related field.
- Robust understanding of cash flow management, treasury management, and working capital concepts.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, financial management, and financial planning tools (e.g., Excel).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
