Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets and goals.

Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry as Team Leader or similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate and coach team members effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
