Proven ability to design, customize, and implement scalable business solutions using multiple Zoho applications. Skilled in automation, integrations, and optimizing business workflows to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Customize Zoho applications based on client needs
Develop and manage integrations using APIs
Automate business workflows and processes
Provide user training and post-implementation support
Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems
