About the Role

MNR University is seeking an experienced and dynamic Medical Recruiter (HR) to manage end-to-end recruitment for medical colleges, hospitals, and allied healthcare institutions. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in hiring doctors, medical faculty, nursing, and allied healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for medical and allied healthcare positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, references, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Handle salary negotiations, offer roll-out, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Verify educational qualifications, medical registrations, and experience documents.
- Build and maintain a strong database of doctors, faculty members, and healthcare professionals.




- Generate recruitment reports and maintain candidate trackers.
- Meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA (HR) is preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical/Healthcare Recruitment.
- Experience in recruiting doctors, medical faculty, nursing, and allied healthcare professionals is mandatory.
- Experience in medical colleges, hospitals, or healthcare organizations will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of medical qualifications and healthcare hiring practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements.
