Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will collect, process, analyze, and interpret data to help drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, generate insights, and develop reports and dashboards that support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Create and automate recurring reports to improve operational efficiency.
- Perform statistical analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement initiatives.
- Document data definitions, methodologies, and reporting processes.
- Present findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.




- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis is preferred.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques.
- Experience working with relational databases and data warehouses.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data modeling.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Relevant certifications in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or data analytics are an advantage.
