- 7+ years of hands-on experience in writing code (python), using standard SDLC tools and processes
- Experience working with Business stakeholders to provide accurate position and risk reporting.
- Experience working with platform providers (internal and external) and service consumers such as developers and BAs.
- Experience working with a hybrid team of delivery resources (internal & external); utilising scrum methodology where relevant
- Experience working with front office developers (strats)
