Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective voice coaching strategies to enhance employee performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve communication skills and accents.
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted programs.
- Create customized coaching plans for individual employees based on their needs.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to employees on their improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in voice coaching.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a Voice Coach or in a related field.
- Robust knowledge of CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry trends and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
