We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive- Talent Acquisition to join our team at TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the CRM/ IT Enabled Services/BPO industry, with 2 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the CRM/ IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
