We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our Operations team at TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO and 2 to 7 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

- Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide feedback to team members for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure seamless operations.

Job Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
