Role & responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

- To manage the transport department vehicles and co ordinate with the users or user departments.
- Taking care of smooth flow of operations during night.
- Counseling the patient attenders regarding our service and charges for particular services along with consultants and billing executive.
- Attending the patient and attendants queries.
- Arrangement of beds as per the patients required.
- Taking rounds with nurse, security incharge.
- Arrangement of non availability medicines and things in case of emergency.
- Taking care of valuable things while we send outside the organization and even while the things will come inside the organization.
- Proper guidance to the patient attenders when the patient got expired also during MLC admission.
- Make sure that sufficient manpower in all respective areas.
- Receiving patients & arranging for First Aid.
- Coordinating with concerned Doctor’s for consultation & admission.
- Attending the ambulance calls.
