- Identify and develop current leads through market visits, provided data, and personal referrals.

- Engage with distributors, retailers, and vendors to present product portfolios and drive sales.

- Conduct in-store product sampling and promotional activities to enhance customer engagement.

- Execute targeted product launch initiatives and ensure timely deal closures.

- Support retail partners with business development strategies and on-ground execution.

- Monitor, analyze, and report monthly sales performance, campaign outcomes, and key market insights.

Job Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline from 2021 to 2025 pass-out.

- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

- Up to 11 months of sales or field experience is acceptable.

- Must be a local resident of the assigned location within 10 km of the retail store.

- Personal two-wheeler (bike preferred)
