Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Supervisor to lead and manage end-to-end healthcare recruitment operations. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in recruiting doctors and medical professionals, supervising a recruitment team, and ensuring timely fulfillment of client requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the healthcare recruitment team
- Manage end-to-end recruitment of doctors and medical professionals
- Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates
- Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements
- Build and maintain a strong database of healthcare professionals
- Assign recruitment requirements and monitor team performance
- Ensure timely closure of positions and achievement of recruitment targets
- Maintain recruitment reports,



trackers, and MIS
- Train, mentor, and support recruiters to improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and quality standards

Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment
- Proven experience in recruiting Doctors and Medical Professionals
- Solid candidate sourcing and screening skills
- Experience in client coordination and stakeholder management
- Ability to lead and manage a recruitment team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals
- Immediate joiners preferred
