Immediate to 30 Days Joiner or serving cases with maximum 45 days left.

Security Delivery Lead/Manger Oracle Cloud GRC to lead the implementation and delivery of Oracle security programs across Fusion FIN, HCM, and SCM environments.

Preferred candidate profile :

This role need focus on Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) modules, role design, and Segregation of Duties (SOD) controls, ensuring robust governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Security & GRC programs
- Manage and mentor a team of cloud security administrators
- Design and implement Oracle Fusion security architecture
- Configure and manage Segregation of Duties (SOD) and Access Controls
- Work on Oracle RMC modules:
- Advanced Access Controls (AAC)
- Advanced Financial Controls (AFC)
- Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC)

- Define and implement custom roles and role hierarchies
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks
- Drive audits, compliance assessments, and risk management initiatives
- Develop incident response and security governance frameworks
- Collaborate with Oracle support to resolve complex issues.
