Job Description Senior Consultant, Value Creation

Revenue & Growth Value Creation (PE & Corporate Focus)

- Support execution of growth-oriented value creation initiatives focused on revenue enhancement, pricing optimization, and commercial excellence
- Evaluate revenue growth levers and quantify their potential impact on revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow

Cost & Operational Value Creation (PE & Corporate Focus)

- Execute workstreams across value creation, operational improvement, and transformation engagements for PE portfolio companies and corporates
- Support Operational Due Diligence (ODD) and performance assessment engagements by analyzing cost structures, operational performance, and margin drivers
- Identify and quantify value creation opportunities across procurement, SG&A;, operations, productivity, pricing, and working capital
- Support synergy assessments, synergy tracking, carve-out planning, and integration activities
- Support development of 100-day plans, turnaround initiatives, and transformation roadmaps
- Analyze working capital, capex, and cash flow performance to identify optimization opportunities

Financial & Operational Analysis





- Develop and maintain financial models, business cases, and value creation assessment tools
- Perform benchmarking, profitability analysis, cost diagnostics, and operational performance assessments
- Conduct data analysis and synthesize findings into actionable insights and recommendations
- Support development of management presentations, client deliverables, and executive-level recommendations
- Perform industry research, market analysis, and peer benchmarking

Project Execution & Stakeholder Management

- Manage day-to-day execution of assigned workstreams and deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, onshore stakeholders, and client teams
- Support hypothesis development, analysis planning, and storyline creation
- Prepare high-quality, client-ready presentations, reports, and analytical outputs
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to engagement quality standards
- Contribute to development of value creation methodologies, playbooks, and reusable assets
- Support knowledge management and best-practice sharing initiatives
- Participate in capability-building activities across the Value Creation team

Key Requirements

- Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance), Engineering + MBA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience: ~69 years in Transaction Advisory, Value Creation, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Performance Improvement
- Solid exposure to ODD, value creation, performance improvement, transformation, or transaction support engagements
- Advanced proficiency in PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical capabilities
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
