Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead end-to-end production operations in our food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in production planning, process optimisation, team management, and food safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily production operations and achieve production targets.
- Ensure optimum utilisation of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Improve productivity and manufacturing efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and Quality standards.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Procurement, and Planning teams.




- Minimise production losses, wastage, and downtime.
- Lead and develop production supervisors and shop-floor teams.
- Maintain production reports, MIS, and operational KPIs.
- Support internal and external audits.

Eligibility

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E.

Experience: 7-10 years in FMCG/Food Manufacturing.
