- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a trainer or in a related field, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Robust knowledge of international business operations and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- A graduate degree is required for this position.
