Job description:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations. This role ensures efficient dispatch of customer orders while maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, and safety. The supervisor leads warehouse staff, coordinates workflows, and works closely with logistics, inventory, and customer service teams to support smooth order fulfillment.

Operational Management

- Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities, including inword, outword, inventory, and
- Monitor staff performance and adjust manpower to meet daily order volumes.
- Implement best practices for warehouse layout, storage, and process efficiency.
- Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

Inventory Control

- Oversee stock receiving, put-away, cycle counts.




- Maintain accurate inventory records in TALLY systems.
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies, damages, and quality issues.

Team Leadership

- Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse associates.
- Assign tasks and schedules to ensure optimal workflow.
- Promote a positive, disciplined, and high-performance work culture.
