Tasks /Area of Responsibility :

- Handling of regional team across the geography assigned.
- Managing regional microfinance portfolio by retaining existing customer with quality services.
- Strategy formulation for delivering target in competitive housing loan segments.
- Team Motivation and leadership skills for generating overall revenue targets for the company.
- Leading the region to achieve set targets on a month on month basis, delivery of volumes.




- Ensure achievement of the business & collection targets & Quality business sourcing to ensure Risk mitigation
- Maintain and build relationship with business associates, existing customers and new customers
- Acquisition of recent customer /clients by adopting go-to-market strategy
- Ensure adherence of policies & norms
- Ensure process and documentation compliance, FI , agreement execution , credit approval
